God, we are looking for You—
            the God of quiet resurrections.

We are looking for You—
            the God who restores purity to our hearts.

We are looking for You—
            the God who provides evidence for our faith.

We are looking for You—
            the God who calls us by name.

We are looking for You—
            the God who knows us.

We are looking for You—
            the God who loves us.

We are looking for You—
            the God who wants us.

God, when You ask, “Who are you looking for?” we respond,
            You are the One we want!
